Chambers Brook (CB) is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This policy outlines our commitments to you in accordance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act (1998) and the ten National Privacy Principles (NPP’s) it contains. The NPP’s regulate the manner in which we handle your personal information from the initial collection to use and disclosure, storage, accessibility and disposal.

This Privacy Statement applies to any personal information you provide to Chambers Brook or statistical information we collect when you use any of our services.

What information do we collect?

CB collects two types of information about you:

  • Personal Information such as your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address. We may also collect your credit card details when billing is involved.
  • Aggregated Information collected by our systems (or third party systems) to track website use and loads. This information will not identify you personally, but we may store the incoming IP address off site visits. This information is stored to help diagnose problems, and provide better customer support.

How do we use your personal information?

CB may use your personal information for the following purposes;

  • to provide you with the requested information, products or services
  • to notify you of new products or services from time to time
  • to conduct marketing activities

Only staff who have the need to access your personal information to perform their job will have access to that information.

Personal information held by us will be destroyed or permanently de-identified when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected
